Join me on Sunday 30th November 2025 for my new workshop SIP AND SHAPE, where we will enjoy an afternoon of pasta making and connection, all while enjoying some beautiful wine from Calabria Family Wines.
This class will focus on hand-formed semolina pasta, where we’ll learn how to turn two simple ingredients into a variety of pasta shapes. In this hands-on class we’ll make the dough together from scratch, and cover everything from kneading techniques and hydration points, to resting times and of course, how to make a number of pasta shapes. With three delicious drops to try, we’ll sip and shape the afternoon away.
Calabria Family Wines is a family-owned winery established in 1945 in the heart of the Riverina, offering a rich heritage of winemaking rooted in tradition and authenticity. From their home base in NSW to a cellar door in the Barossa Valley, they craft approachable, fruit-driven wines that reflect the warmth and generosity of their Italian-Australian family journey.

On arrival we’ll have a chance to meet in the beautiful entry setting at Ritual Haus, with complimentary snacks and a glass of fizz for you to enjoy.
Once settled in we’ll make our way through to the event space where we will gather to make pasta along a communal table, while I teach you everything I know about some of my favourite, hand-formed pasta shapes as we sip some fabulous wine. We will aim to make at least 5 different shapes, allowing the group to progress at their own pace.
At the end of the session, you will be able to take your pasta away with you, as well as a personal recipe from me so you can continue the experience at home.
